Quality is a choice that must inform every stage of the work. All processes, from design to choice of materials, from manufacturing to delivery, are monitored constantly. A way of working that has led to obtaining the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification for our company management system involving all areas of operation.
All Gierre brand products are designed and manufactured in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/2008 – “Consolidated Safety Act” – which brings together all of the provisions on workplace health and safety. This philosophy drives every stage of manufacturing. Each component and each product is made and certified according to the regulations in force: this involves meeting specific dimensional requirements as well as mechanical tests, intended to ascertain the level of safety and quality which is then tested by the Certifying Body concerned, and which issues the relevant Certificate of Compliance.
We design and manufacture our products according to Legislative Decree No. 81 of 9 April 2008 “Consolidated Safety Act”, which brings together all the provisions on occupational health and safety in the workplace required by Italian legislation. In addition, all Gierre ladders and stools have a product certification according to the specific existing standards: these standards provide for dimensional requirements and well-defined mechanical tests that ascertain the level of safety and construction quality of the product. The product is tested by an official certifying body that issues the relative Certificate of Product Compliance.
Legislative Decree 81/08 – Consolidated Act on Workplace Health and Safety Legislative Decree No. 81 of 9 April 2008 has provided for the reformation, consolidation and harmonisation of workplace health and safety regulations, thus repealing previous provisions of a number of regulations on workplace health and safety introduced over the past sixty years, in order to adapt the body of legislation to current technological developments and the system of work organisation.
